EXCEL有个文档保护的功能，可以对文档进行只读限制。想要编辑这些内容，最简单的是将内容复制到新的文档中，再使用。但这不是去除的办法。在此，留下一个去除EXCEL文档保护的代码，在EXCEL03下试过，可用。 在VBA中新增一个模块，添加如下代码：

然后再在解除保护的工作表中运行此宏。 代码是有了，但一次只能一个。想要批量去除所有文档，还是不能光用这段代码。十几年的年鉴XLS文档下载回来，有的有近万个。手工是处理不了的。所以，遍个遍历解保护的VBA代码是需要的。
